The machine allows the semi-automatic insertion of the diaphragm in the fuel tube.The diaphragm is placed on the mandrel insert, reference systems allow the piece objectification in univocal position. The fuel tubes may be of different shapes but are all seated by the machine thanks to special realized jigs.The parts in contact with the piece are all made of nylon so as to protect the previously done paint treatment.
